1. P14775 Conservatorship of Patricia Evelsizer

The 6th Accounting and requested fees is approved. The Review Hearing previously set for July 29, 2016, at 9:00 am in Dept. 6, is confirmed. No appearances are required.

2. P15403 Estate of Marjorie Doyle

The Second Amended Petition for Final Distribution granted as prayed. No appearances are required.

3. P15704 Estate of Raymond Krausch

The Petition for Final Distribution is granted as prayed. No appearances are required.

4. P15722 Estate of William Jabs

The Petition for Order Authorizing Settlement by Executor on Behalf of Decedentís Estate is granted as prayed. No appearances are required.

5. P15779 Estate of Jeanne Cullen

The Petition to Administer Estate is granted as prayed. No appearances are required.

6. P15785 Nelson Trust

The Petition for Order Confirming Successor Trustee and Trust Assets is granted as prayed. No appearances are required.

The court requires a copy of the trust or a declaration setting forth the trust beneficiaries to ensure all beneficiaries have been served with this petition as required by Local Rule 8.30. Additionally, the courtís file is missing the original will. No appearances are required.

Angela L. Bradrick, research attorney for the Superior Court of Nevada County, will act as judge pro tem on the Court's July 31, 2015 probate calendar and has issued these tentative ruling. Any party who does not wish to stipulate to her hearing this matter must notify the other parties and then notify the Court's probate, law and motion judicial assistant at (530) 265-1273, by 4:00 p.m. on July 30, 2015. Since no judge will be available for the July 31, 2015 probate calendar, if any party declines to stipulate, the matter will be continued to August 14, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. If all parties stipulate to Angela L. Bradrick hearing the matter but wish to argue at the hearing, they must notify the probate, law and motion judicial assistant by 4:00 p.m. on July 30, 2015. If you do not so notify the parties or the Court, the tentative ruling shall become the final ruling. California Rule of Court 3.1308, Local Rule 8.27. Any argument is limited to five minutes.

Unless the court orders otherwise, the court does not provide court reporters for probate hearings or proceedings at court expense. Any litigant who wants a record of the hearing or proceeding must arrange for the presence of a court reporter at his or her expense. Local Rule 10.00.3B.
