Tentative Rulings for Friday, October 31, 2014 

1. P14915 Conservatorship of Heather Krulisky

The Review Hearing is continued on the court’s own motion to November 21, 2014, at 9:00 am to allow additional time for receipt of the court investigation review report. No appearances are required.

2. P15066 Conservatorship of Amy Dunigan

Conservatorship to continue. The next review hearing is set for September 16, 2016, at 9:00 am in Dept. 6. The court investigation fee is waived. No appearances are required.

3. P15067 Conservatorship of Michael Foster

The 3rd and 4th Accountings and the Review Hearing are continued on the court’s own motion to November 21, 2014, at 9:00 am. There is no proof of service of the accountings on the conservatee as required by Probate Code §§1460(b)(2) and 2621. Conservator shall serve the conservatee with the account by November 6, 2014, and file proof of service by November 14, 2014. No appearances are required.

4. P15077 Conservatorship of Shauna Peterson

The Review Hearing is continued on the court’s own motion to November 21, 2014, at 9:00 am to allow additional time for receipt of the court investigation review report. No appearances are required.

5. P15245 Conservatorship of Mary Mariscal

Appearances are required by the Co-Conservators. The court requires a status of the final accounting.

6. P15669 Estate of Cheryl Kelley

The Petition to Administer Estate is granted in part. The court admits the will and the handwritten codicil to probate. However, the typed “codicil” is not admitted to probate. Petitioner shall submit a corrected order for this court to sign. No appearances are required.

7. P15675 Conservatorship of Melanie Stoneman

The Petition to Appoint Limited Conservator of the Person is continued on the court’s own motion to November 21, 2014, at 9:00 am. The court hereby appoints attorney Stephen Haas as counsel for the conservatee as required by Probate Code §1471(c). No procedural defects are noted. No appearances are required.

Attorneys and parties are urged to review the tentative rulings prior to the scheduled hearing, notify the opposing side if they intend to appear at the hearing and notify the law and motion/probate judicial assistant at (530) 265-1273 by 4:00 p.m. the court day preceding the hearing. Local Rule 8.27.

Unless the court orders otherwise, the court does not provide court reporters for probate hearings or proceedings at court expense. Any litigant who wants a record of the hearing or proceeding must arrange for the presence of a court reporter at his or her expense. Local Rule 10.00.3B.
