Tentative Rulings for Friday, July 25, 2014 

1. P14768 Conway Trust

Appearances are required for hearing on the Petition to Enforce Settlement Agreement.

2. P14775 Conservatorship of Patricia Evelsizer

The Fourth account and request fees are approved. The Fifth account and requested fees are approved. Conservatorship to continue. The next review hearing is set for July 29, 2016, at 9:00 am. The court investigation fee is waived. No appearances are required.

3. P14990 Conservatorship of Isaiah Marsh

Appearances are required by Conservator and Mr. Manka. The court notes that it appears a Final Accounting and Petition for Discharge are necessary.

4. P15196 Conservatorship of Jessica McVicker

The Petition for Termination is granted. A Final Account is waived. No appearances are required.

5. P15334 Conservatorship of Helen Powell

The Petition to Appoint Co-Conservator is granted as prayed. The review hearing currently set for June 26, 2015, is hereby vacated. A new biannual review is hereby set for July 29, 22016, at 9:00 am. The court investigation fee is waived. No appearances are required.

6. P15444 Estate of Raymond Bruns

The Petition for Final Distribution is granted as prayed. No appearances are required.

7. P15624 Conservatorship of Marian Anderson

Appearances are required for hearing by County Counsel and Mr. Keene. Conservatee is not required to attend. The court notes that the petition requests dementia orders, but there is no dementia attachment to the medical capacity declaration. No other procedural defects are noted. The court intends to address whether conservatee is living in the least restrictive environment.

8. P15625 Conservatorship of Charles Anderson

Appearances are required for hearing by County Counsel and Mr. Pruett. The appearance of the conservatee is required if his health permits. No procedural defects are noted. The court intends to address whether a conservatorship is needed and whether the proposed conservatee continues to oppose the petition.

Unless the court orders otherwise, the court does not provide court reporters for probate hearings or proceedings at court expense. Any litigant who wants a record of the hearing or proceeding must arrange for the presence of a court reporter at his or her expense. Local Rule 10.00.3B.
