Tentative Rulings for Monday, May 2, 2016 

Angela L. Bradrick, research attorney for the Superior Court of Nevada County, will act as judge pro tem on the Court's May 2, 2016 case management conference calendar and has issued these tentative rulings. Any party who does not wish to stipulate to her hearing this matter must notify the other parties and then notify the Court's judicial assistant at (530) 265-1273, by 4:00 p.m. on April 29, 2016. Since no judge will be available for the May 2, 2016 case management conference calendar, if any party declines to stipulate, the matter will be continued to May 16, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. If all parties stipulate to Angela L. Bradrick hearing the matter but wish to argue at the hearing, they must notify other party.

Appearance is required for hearing by Plaintiff’s counsel. Complaint is not at issue -- need responsive pleading, default or dismissal of all Defendants Michelin and Grass Valley Surgery Center. 3. 81493 Candelaria v. Crawford

No appearance required. The CMC is continued to June 13, 2016, at 9:00 am in Dept. 6. Complaint is not at issue -- need responsive pleading, default or dismissal of Defendant Crawford. Additionally, at the continued CMC, the court will require a status of the settlement negotiations.

No appearance required. The CMC is continued to June 13, 2016, at 9:00 am in Dept. 6. First Amended Complaint is not at issue – need responsive pleading, default or dismissal of Defendant Sauer. The Court notes that Defendant Sauer was dismissed from the original complaint but then re-named as to the First Amended Complaint. Cross-Complaint is not at issue -- need responsive pleading, default or dismissal of Cross-Defendant Sauer.
